Events Acadia has in-house Audio/Visual Services to assist in producing eye-opening and unforgettable experiences for our visitors.
Our A/V Team works with event organizers to support the planning, set-up, operation, and breakdown of our in-house and sourced audio/visual equipment. Whether hosting a concert, sporting event, press conference, business convention, meeting, social gathering, or webinar, we have the capabilities to ensure your technical needs are met.
Our A/V services include:
- Planning and coordinating A/V event needs across all of our venues
- Front of house sound/lighting services for performances and speaking functions
- Equipment set-up and tear-down
- On-site A/V oversight, management and execution
- Troubleshooting
- Instruction on how to operate our systems/equipment
- Oversight of third-party contractors for large-scale or complex events
