All internal and external ticketed events hosted at Acadia University are required to use our Box Office services. Acadia’s Box Office, located in the main foyer of the Athletics Complex, offers all the services necessary to deliver on your ticketing needs. Ticket purchasers can visit the Box Office, for in-person purchases, or go to our online ticketing platform to purchase tickets directly. The Box Office Team can be reached at 1-902-542-5500, or toll free at 1-800-542-8425 for any/all additional needs. Our Box Office accepts debit, credit, and cash, and events can be set-up as general admission, or assigned seating, with e-tickets available.
Event owners may take tickets out to sell on consignment. Event Owners are responsible for all revenue collected for consignment sales. A total fee of $0.50/ticket will be charged to the event owner, at time of settlement, plus applicable taxes.
Event owners can request any number of comp tickets printed. If the comp tickets printed totals more than the tickets sold, the event owner will be billed $1/ticket for the difference (comp tickets minus paid tickets) at time of settlement.
Acadia’s Box Office has standard seat maps available for each venue. If you require a custom seat map to be programmed for your event, $200.00 will be charged at time of settlement, plus applicable taxes. This fee will cover the set-up, plus one additional revision, if required. If further revisions are required, additional charges will be incurred at time of settlement.
Events at Acadia will require our Box Office to be open for walk-up ticket sales. Event Owners will be billed for this staff cost at time of settlement, or the cost(s) will be included in the housenut fee, provided at time of booking.
In the event of a cancellation where tickets are refunded to purchasers, the Event Organizer/Promoter will be billed 3% for transaction and administrative costs, or $500; whichever is greater. Service fees will not be refunded to customers.
