Convocation Hall
The largest theatre space in the Valley Region for concerts, ceremonies, and speaking engagements, Convocation Hall is widely sought after by event organizers, promoters, and other groups. This theatre has an upper balcony creating an intimate atmosphere for events, and is equipped with a stage, projector and house lights to create a memorable event experience. Convocation Hall can seat 1,466 people for ticketed events. Events in Convocation Hall can be set-up as assigned seating or general admission through our Acadia Box Office.
Performers such as The Bahamas, Classified, Matt Anderson and more have played in Convocation Hall. It has also played host to a number of annual events, such as the popular, local ‘Christmas with Friends’ holiday show.
Festival Theatre
Home to Stage Prophets’ productions, the Acadia Performing Art Series, Deep Roots Music Festival, and numerous community groups, Festival Theatre is one of the Valley’s most sought-after venues for performance arts and theatrical shows.
With 504 seats in this unique space, equipped with in-house lighting, a large stage, projector, with an enclosed FOH booth, and a large foyer space with built-in bar infrastructure to serve visitors, Festival Theatre is the perfect venue for intimate events. Denton Theatre: Acadia’s Denton Theatre is often utilized for other small-scale productions. A fully-equipped black box theatre space, the Theatre seats up to 398 spectators for events.
